Porcini Capuccino 

  • Porcini soup served in a cup topped with cappuccino milk froth and chives and truffle zest.

Lobster Bisque (add S$10)

  • Lobster soup served with a lobster tail or claw . Stock is made with the roasted shells of the lobster and simmered with tarragon and fennel , then finally blended. Served with with brandy and cream.

French Onion Soup

  • Traditional french onion soup made with freshly homemade beef broth , then topped with a baguette crouton gratinated with gruyere cheese.

Chicken Consommé

  • Clarified chicken consommé served with duck liver ravioli.
